Do you provide on-site technicians for the conference?
Yes. Every conference we supply includes a technical crew on-site from load-in to breakdown. They set up, operate the audio, video, lighting and staging live throughout your event, and handle any issues on the day, so your team never has to touch the equipment.
Which Gauteng areas and venues do you cover?
We supply corporate conferences across Johannesburg, Pretoria and the wider Gauteng region. We regularly work in hotels, convention centres and corporate venues throughout the province, and we do a site visit beforehand so the setup is planned around your specific venue.
Do you only hire out equipment, or do you manage the whole technical production?
We manage the full technical production. We’re not a dry-hire company — we don’t drop equipment off for you to set up yourself. We plan, deliver, install, operate and strike every element, so the technical side is handled end to end.
Can you support hybrid conferences with remote attendees?
Yes. We provide the cameras, switching, streaming and screen support needed to run conferences for both in-person and remote delegates, so sessions can be broadcast or recorded professionally.
How far in advance should we book?
Earlier is better, particularly for larger conferences or busy periods, as it gives us time to do a proper site visit and plan the setup. That said, get in touch with your dates and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Do you provide backup equipment?
Yes. For corporate conferences we bring backup for critical equipment and build redundancy into the setup where it matters, so a single failure doesn’t interrupt your event.
What size conferences can you handle?
